Om No.2 Has now gone to its new owner Mike Shefford.

My second Octave Mandolin is now finished. This one features a beautiful, one-piece figured maple back.

The OM is now finished in a matching violin varnish to the most recent two-point. Another OM has already been commissioned.

The new violin-style OM is now completed and awaiting finishing. It has a one piece English Sycamore back, AAA grade spruce top and a 20.5″ scale length.

Some of my mandolins on display at Crossover Festival during the May Bank Holiday weekend. Great festival, lots of interest in the mandolins and some terrific concerts and picking sessions.

New two-point mandolin just completed. New armrest design reduces any muting of the soundboard from the forearm.

I am now building my first octave mandolin. It will be a two point design with 20″ scale length and a one piece rippled sycamore back.

I will be bringing several mandolins to Crossover Festival and displaying these on Saturday and Sunday mornings prior to the afternoon concerts.
